Hot Face is this anxiety?

I keep getting a hot face, my left hand side of my face into my ear, I've a tension headache which feels like I've a helmet on and a stiff neck, is this anxiety??

I'm so fed up of the anxiety and worrying over becoming ill, I've a D & C coming up at end of June and I can't have a minute without the worry of it popping into my head. Anyone any words of comfort and reassurance? Thanks

When I first started getting increased anxiety, my most common symptoms were: Small adrenaline rush every few minutes, hot flush on my face, and severe tension headaches.

Most of this has gone away now apart from the odd occasion. The hot flushes on my face changed to electrical signal being fired off all over my face and sometimes through my body. Like a sharp tingling.

My guess is it is anxiety, but i'm no expert.

I always get a hot red face if I am going to a party or something like that. It is anxiety and, thankfully, I don't go to many parties now I am older.
