Painful noticeable vein front of leg

So a few weeks back I noticed a large vein on the front of my leg, running along where your shin is. I have been on my feet, walking in high heels on a concrete floor for about six hours today and now the vein is hurting a lot. I'm so scared its dvt, there currently isn't any swelling in the leg but it's not putting my mind at ease, I also have a couple of smaller veins on this leg too. Should I get a doctor to check it out.

Any advice would be well received, thanks for taking the time to read my post
