my name is Ashlie, I'm from northeast England and I suffer anxiety and chronic insomnia. I'm really glad I found this site, sometimes I feel so alone in this, especially when everyone else around me seems so 'normal'.
One thing in particular that makes me happy, is the fact that after another night where I've gone without any sleep, it's now 5:30am and I can see many users are online too! I'm not alone! :yahoo:
I can't wait to make some new friends and I'm hoping this will help my along the road to feeling better too.
