I'm so nauseated right now it's triggering panic attacks my heart starts fluttering in my chest and I fight the urge to throw up because I hate throwing up. I'm so over tired because I've been up all night having panic attack after panic attack. I'm so scared and I'm so so sick to my stomach I hate this feeling. I just want to curl up and sleep but I'm so on edge I can't get comfortable. I hate being nauseated it's one of the my biggest triggers.
