Nighttime pacer

Hi all
For about a week I've had a slight headache and some slight dizziness and also a feeling that my eyes don't feel quite right. I can see ok.
When I wake up one side of my nose is often blocked and I have to blow my nose a few times. At first I was getting some yellow mucus but now it's clear (sorry TMI).
It seems to have started after blowing my nose very hard one night.
I've got an appointment to see an ENT specialist on Friday.
I'm just worried it's something worse like a brain tumour.
Also, I've been weaning myself off Omeprazole as I've been on it for years, but have now started getting some slight heartburn. I worried myself by reading that headache is one of the symptoms of cancer of the oesophagus.
Sorry for rambling.
