Hi,
I've always called myself a worrier and been quite a stressy sort of person for as long as I can remember, however over recent months things have got very out of my control, resulting in what I think are anxiety or panic attacks.
They are now becoming part of almost a daily occurrence. I need to know that what I'm experiencing is anxiety or panic attacks (are they the same thing)?
I'm beginning to lose my control, in fact I can't control it as I feel I'm going to keel over and die.
Any help, advice, or just understanding would be great...
