Hello all - it's been ages since I've been here - thought I'd cracked it after such a long time anxiety free - but it seems that my ignoring of my feelings & drinking when I shouldn't have been whilst on meds, has reduced me to a jibbering wreck again - hope I can get some support & hopefully also offer some support too X
