crackling?

During the night when i breath in i can hear a crackling/popping noise in the back of my throat. I have had a chest x ray and my 02 levels checked etc and everything is fine. Anyone else?

I had that a few weeks ago and got really worried about having a chest infection as I can't take antibiotics. I drank hot water with lemon and honey 3-4 times a day and after a few days (4-5) it just disappeared.
