Hi!

I'm a student at Stanford University, and am trying to help people build a practice of daily meditations to help stay calm in the middle of busy days, especially when triggered by an endless barrage of emails.

Successful habits are built using simple first steps, and the key to getting maximal benefits from meditation is daily practice. I've built a simple, week-long reminder system to help you stay connected to your breath.
