What chemical is released in the brain to produce that worry hell feeling.

And is there any drug or something which reduce it or stop it.

Is Brighton Anxiety Forum website coming back?

Do you mean adrenalin and noradrenalin? Have you seen a doctor about your anxiety? Your Doctor can advise you on medications.

It isn't a chemical that is released but one that is there already, not doing it's job. Two actually. Seratonin and Dopamine. They are neurotransmitters and there job is to regulate information flow. All information including that which causes excess adrenalin. They take there instructions from Hypothalamus and it gets it's instruction from hippocampus which reacts to a trigger. Seratonin uses information only Dopamine uses information from emotions. If your seratonin level is low SSRIs will keep you from losing it but not produce it. It will however allow what you have to do it's job more effectively. The other option is tranquilizers that will do it's job on a short term basis.
