Brain fog, forgetfulness

Anyone else experience this? I can't remember things I done 2 second sbefore sometimes. Hope this is an anxiety symptom.

Yeah all the time I had a bath last night .... I was in the bath for two hours felt like I wasn't there then I just looked at my hands and was like shit I'm in the bath in freezing water ..... I couldn't believe how long I just must of been sitting there crazy
