I'm not sure if anyone's felt this before. Just looking for confirmation, I figure this must be a common symptom of anxiety. I'm having a heavy, weak feeling on my left side. It also feels like my heart is slow or having trouble beating, though that's probably my imagination. My left ankle is hurting as well and my leg feels a bit cold. I've suffered from anxiety for years now and I've had doctors check me out and say I'm fine.

I'm just looking for confirmation that someone else has had weakness on their left side and a heavy feeling in their arms and legs. Also I have full body weakness sometimes as well. Anyone?

Thanks!

Hmm..so I've developed a NEW anxiety symptom? No one's had this? Amazing.

I often get weak, and feal like I'm shaking with it. Sometimes my heartbeat feels slow, and I'm sure that it's missing beats, but according to my ECG I'm absolutely fine.

I feel a bit weak, too - have a look at my post about legs and random muscles! I get it all over though. It's difficult to know if it ais actual weaknes though - so far I haven't fallen over or dropped anything, so I'm guessing it's just my perception!

Thanks for confirming this. I suspected as such.

Hi, I've been getting a lot of weakness in my right arm and hand, so you're not alone. I must say it's really annoying and makes doing simple things more of an effort ... I just hope it subsides..... do you have it all the time or have you found anything which helps it?
