Yes, it can definately make you feel a lot of fatigue. Thats the typical view of depression really, no energy, not caring about anything, nothing seeming fun or worthwhile anymore, etc.

Anxiety can do the same things though so you could be experiencing a low mood from that and a load of fatigue.
