Newbie

Hi I am new on here & not really sure of how it all works as yet. I have had GAD for many years probably due to bullying at school followed by a physically & mentally abusive relationship & then a series of other pretty harrowing experiences. I have also developed HA. I have been taking diazepam for many years & can't get off it as all the anxiety then becomes far worse. I am now 56 & feel as if I will be taking them for life. I live in fear of a doctor stopping the prescription!
