Anxiety and treatment

Just wondering if anybody has tried hypnotherapy for anxiety and if it works??

I tried it once for social anxiety. It didn't do anything for me. But I don't really believe in anything. I've heard others talk of positive experiences though. To me it sounds like it's a lot to do with the individual.

I tried it some years ago didn't do a thing for me

I have thought about it many times but just don't have the money to pay for it.

I think it's worth a go at least.
