GI symptoms/backache

I have a variety of GI symptoms, mostly due to very sensitive stomach. I notice a pattern that I don't understand though. The GI symptoms can cause backache & straining my back even by carrying or lifting anything too heavy can trigger GI symptoms. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this? I would very much appreciate a response because my dr doesn't even know what to tell me & I'd like to get to the bottom of this. This makes me very anxious & is limiting my life. Even though symptoms aren't constant, they're frequent enough.

I get a lot of back pain I have diverticulitis and IBS im unsure if the backache and GI pain is linked but I think it is
