I am terrified at the moment was just lying in bed when had a weird sensation in my chest and now it has spiralled into fear of heart attack which has caused two panic attack already. Im so scared and can't calm done. I have had heart tests done in 2013 and they were normal but I've had the fear of heart attack for ages regardless. Right now I feel like I can't breathe I'm breaking out in a sweat all because of some stupid pain in chest . It felt like someone sticking a knife or pins into my chest. Could anyone relate or even he lp me calm down please. It could b reflux thing but I don't know my thoughts go straight away to heart attack . :scared15: please anyone I'm absolutely terrified at the moment
