Hi,
Sorry I'm positing again! I'm very stressed , I've got an exam tomorrow so my anxiety is very high. But I can feel a heart best in my thighs and they're really warm, I've had my laptop resting on them but I'm sure it shouldn't cause this. I'm also feeling really light headed particularly when I turn my head! I can't tell if this is anxiety or a heart problem
I'm getting CBT so hopefully I'll stop posting so much on the forum!
