Hi there,

I have read a lot over the past few days about your diet and how it affects your state of mind. I live with my parents so therefore it is difficult for me to control my food intake.

Can anybody suggest some good supplements to take. For example I hear Magnesium is always good for people with anxiety, but which is a good supplement to take?

Any and all suggestions are welcome, thanks.

There are some very useful threads on the Natural Remedies board for magnesium asks check out Oosh's "Fish Oil" thread about Omega 3 which is very helpful for mood.
