Who suffered health anxiety while planning a wedding??

This is really getting to me all the horrible thoughts how did you do it how did you plan a wedding with all the negative thoughts??

Hi there,
I am 4 months off my wedding and have had awful health anxiety
I have convinced myself something is going to happen before it, I have ear and throat discomfort today and I am automatically convinced it is something sinister
I just carried on planning as lets face it its very exciting, you cant stop planning based on a ''what if''

It makes me so sad 😔😔 do you think things like your not ment to get married? Like it doesn't seem real? Something will happen ? X

Yes I got married in April, suffering from health anxiety, was admitted to hospital with chest pain and heart rate of 150bpm but no physical cause found. Also suffered with horrendous headaches everyday, the actual daytime part if wedding I felt fine but by evening had terrible migraine/headache I couldn't go to the small evening gathering we had planned, I'm just pleased I was ok during the main part!
