well today I have loads of salad. and about 30minutes ago had some other healthy stuff and my tea,pie,veg and whatever. but after I eat I sat with my legs crossed. then my chest felt funny like weak no pain. my shoulders felt the same too. I,ve had me some renes and started burping. could it be heart or food

Sounds like Indo to me I get that when I eat to fast try some gaviscon:)

It does sound like what I experienced before I was diagnosed with GERD. Gaviscon does help a lot.
