Constant nausea?

For the past week I've been experiencing a severe nausea everyday. It almost feels like it's not only in my stomach, but inside my head as well if that makes sense. It really makes me feel sick and not feel like eating, which is not normal for me because I always feel like eating. What could be causing this?

When you say it is inside you head, is it a kind of dizzy sick?

My anxiety causes dreadful nausea and I find it so hard to eat. I just try to eat very small amounts more often.
