Tight gaggy throat

Past week now and then I keep getting a real tight throat out the blue and then I feel like am going to gag. (I don't gag ) but the feeling is horrible I've never had this symptom before and don't want it again I dunno if it's just my anxiety or my gastritis..

Anyone else had this ?? Or no what it is ??

I have this at the moment and it's awful :weep: I actually gag sometimes as well and my throat feels extremely tight. Been to the doctors twice and was told its anxiety, which is not a surprise

Its horrible isnt it??my mind wont concentrate on anything else but the tight feeling in throat and feels like am about to gag.. Its making my anxiety kick off so how can docs say its anxiety as i get it before am even anxious ??
Have u had it long or ??

I've had it on and off for five months now, which is quite a long time haha. I think this feeling can occur at any time whether you are anxious or not
