testicular cancer worry:(

Well so my post on the HA section was ignored so I hope someone answers me here:(

I have a weird lump at the bottom of my left testicle and I am afraid it might be cancer, I think I've had it for almost a year now.. I can only notice the lump when I'm standing, when I lay down it feels like it completly dissapears..

Can this be cancer? please help.
Also I get this constant low back pain that I'm afraid it might be the cancer spreading:((

I think you should go and see your doctor for an examination. It could be a hernia considering the back pain but its one for a doctor to have a look at.
