B12 and folate

I' m really worried about this blood test the doctors have asked for.. Yesterday been put on iron tablets.. Has anyone had this b12/ folate test..

I had a full blood count which showed that I am slightly deficient in b12/folate. I am now taking pregnancy vitamins that has these in them as I am trying tor a baby. Doc said it is very minor and nothing to be concerned about.
