Neck Pain

Hi Guys,

I am at my wits end today, I have this shooting pain that comes and goes in my neck, its making my anxiety go through the roof :mad:, this is leading to me feeling totally rubbish and ill.

I was at the pictures last night and was sitting in the one position for along time, could this be the cause, has anyone else experienced this? I am at work and I just want to go home and go to my bed.

Holy crap I just posted something like this on another site! I have had severe neck pains the last few days. I couldn't even sleep two days ago. Does yous feel more like it's in the spine as opposed to the side muscles? Your neck pain sounds totally normal and I bet almost everybody has experienced that at one time or another.
