headaches

I'm getting bad headaches an its freaking me out! Iv been OK the past couple of weeks but now this has started me off again, iv never had headaches before with anxiety an depression!
I keep thinking its a brain tumur? Its really scaring me? :weep:

Hi Kim,

Headaches are really common with stress/anxiety. The fact that you haven't had them before doesn't mean too much; my anxiety symptoms seem to change from month to month.

Headaches can also be caused by tension etc, so it could be related to posture. Dehydration is another common cause.

I have a friend who had a brain tumour and he had very extreme symptoms... but no headaches whatsoever.
