health anxiety please help

Hi im new to this kind of thing but am so glad I found you all, I 46 and for as long as i can remember I have suffered with health anxiety. I have had every cancer going and at the moment I am sure I have ovarian cancer,I have pain in my tummy and lower back and 'Dr Google' says I have it. I am so convinced this time please help..........:ohmy:

Hi,

That is one of my chief worries too and I have convinced myself many times that I have it. I do sympathise with how you are feeling and, although I too have googled, really try not to. There could be many other reasons for your symptoms, like IBS and worry will always make your tummy worse as you know. have you seen your GP yet? A blood test for OC will perhaps set you mind at rest. Good luck.:hugs:
