Hi I'm starting to panic again which is driving me nuts. I have heart attack fears which are an everyday things lately constant chest pain and palpitations all the time. I had ecg done yesterday because of pain and lo and behold it was normal. So today being me I'm still having chest pain but to top it off my leg has started aching and my foot is colder than the other one so I have scared myself into thinking it a clot . I want to be happy and feel safe again and don't know how or what to do to help myself when the fear starts. Xx
