Joints in Jaw feel strange

So I've woken myseld up into a huge panic and I don't know what to do :(

Where the joints are in each side of my jaw feel very swollen like I have cracked them loads. It's a super uncomfortable feeling and feels like my jaw has become loose or very swollen at the joints.

I'm so scared I've cracked my jaw on each side in my sleep lots and it's done something and was wondering if anyone knows if this feeling is normal! There's no pain.

Worrying myself into throwing up the feeling is so strange :(

I think you have TMJ, its from grinding in your sleep! Does your jaw make a clicking sound?

I don't think it clicks, it is aching now though and feels quite tense and swollen. Like I want to pop the joints! When I woke up it was like an overwhelming sense of my joints popping :s
