I feel at a lost we are wanting to get a kitten well 99% of me does the other 1% is a big bully in my head stopping me, for what ??? I don't know the gearing up to get one sets me off with doubts ,worry,and self doubt ,in my minds eyes the kitten is just a kitten in my head its a tiger why???? I've other animals in my house in cages and had a house bunny SO why can't I deal with a kitten?? I feel like I need a kick up the bum but when I get going into melt down I can't eat can't sleep feel detached and want to run away this can't be normal?!?!?! Can anyone suggest anything am currently under the doctor for GAD IBD am on propamadol, :weep:
