i know when im feeling fine im ok most of the time expect my time of the month and june
basically my grandad died 86 suddenly from heart attack ( i know it was his age) and no other problems and last year same to a friend 4 years older than me simply diagnosed with anxiety (history of heart probs in male family side) and another 47 had to have major triple heart bypass
and this last 2 weeks ive been so petrified re my heart (bp fine) but pains around middle left chest area and cannot sleep at all although tired all the time and crippled with indigestion
how do i overcome this and does anyone else have this
