Evening NMP,

I have suffered anxiety for years I suppose but was only diagnosed last November. The last few months have been rough and just when I thought I was getting somewhere, I had a relapse.

Talking to people who don't understand makes it worse. I'm glad to have found No More Panic where people actually understand.

Looking forward to taking part in some discussions.
