Kalms & Fluoxetine

Just took some paracetamol for a headache & found a tub of Kalms in the medicine box. Would love to have a decent night's sleep tonight... Does anyone know if I can take Kalms with my Fluoxetine?

These Kalms are:

Hops
Valerian extract
Gentian extract

Thought I would check incase I grow an extra head or something!

I was told by a pharmacist that there is no evidence to suggest that taking herbs with any medications *is safe*, however they also stated that there's no evidence to suggest that it's unsafe. Bit of a fence sitter remark really.

Maybe if you only plan to take the calms as a one off, probs be ok?
