My neck has been sore all week. It often has small amounts of pain but this week has been much worse. It feels like it comes from the spine and not the muscles. It hurts to turn my head pretty much in any direction and even sends pains sometimes into my shoulder, head, or elbow. I was "diagnosed" with benign fasciculation syndrome a few months ago and I worry that my spine is somehow dying or something, as crazy as that sounds. I don't know, it's really starting to scare me.
