Well here I am back again ...... Reading through here and looking back at previous posts from this time last year should really tell me that I have some form of allergy but as I am so wired and stressed out and extremely anxious at the moment I'm going running along the lung cancer theme ......

I really wish to wake up and not have these constant feelings of fear anymore ...... I feel like I am not breathing properly - coughing to get rid of mucus in throat - extremely tense so breathing difficult and also shaking uncontrollably inside - and it top it off if I drop off to sleep I wake in such a panic ......

Please help me stop this ....... I'm tired of always feeling this way

I am seriously feeling like I am losing it - soooooooooooo scared x

Shazbog, I have had this on and off for nearly 5 months.
There is a bug going around and I managed to get myself 2 bouts of this.
It involves a lot of coughing, mucus, feeling dizzy and sore and lumpy throat.

Get plenty of vitamin C, fluids and sleep.
Try vicks for your breathing.
The cough apparently lasts for 3months.

If you already suffer with your sinuses like I do, it will obviously be worse.
