Any sure fire way to determine whether I actually do have a lump in my throat, and therefore maybe an infection of some sort, or whether I have put it there myself by creating some anxiety?

I've had the sensation of a lump in my throat for a couple of days, and the need to clear my throat. If I sleep, when I wake up, it's gone, but slowly comes back, which is why I think its anxiety.

Although, is it normal for this to seem like it's affected my voice slightly? and to cause a phlegm build up in my throat?

Opinions welcome

PS, I've have recently started supplementing with magnesium, big improvement with anxiety, MASSIVE improvement with bloating issues, MASSIVE improvement with constipation issues (too much in fact, so will reduce dose slightly haha), big improvement with breathing.

Just this damn throat!

PPS Also feel like I have a slightly heavy chest, not much, but a little. I wonder if my body just feels different as I have clearly been deficient in magnesium for quite a while.
