Feeling faint?

Does anyone else feel faint AFTER a palpitation? Several times a day, everyday I'll feel asif I'm about to collapse, specially when I'm in stores. It's so stressful, especially with my two kids who misbehave. I'm under so much stress 😕

Yes I do, but I know that feeling will pass. Carry a bottle of water with you, it helps to have a few sips of water when you feel like that.

Hi, I sometimes feel lightheaded too. But it passes. Not a nice feeling that's for sure!

I was feeling lightheaded earlier. It is very unsettling.

Yes! I find it scary because I can't tell if it's because of the palpitations or because of anxiety. Chicken or the egg scenario!
