sjs or stevens-johnson syndrome is a really rare disease. if you don't know what it is, please don't go and look it up. it'll ruin your whole day.
i recently started two new medications, a temporary one for my anxiety (ativan) and one to help with stomach problems (tecta). i'm so scared about developing sjs from these medications! : (
my throat feels a little funny after taking my first dose of tecta. i think it's probably anxiety but i just hate this. i also read somewhere that it can take up to TWO MONTHS for sjs to start, and it can begin even if you go off your medication.
can somebody make me feel a little better about all this?
