Pain lower back left side..

I'm really worried about this.. So I get this pain on my lower back on the left side.. Sometimes it's a little bit and sometimes the pain is worse and it seems to happen at random times.. It just comes and goes
I think it happens less frequently when I'm laying down..
I'm afraid it's something sinister as always
