Belching nausea and feel pressure in my chest

I keep belching really loud I went to my doc two weeks ago who gave me omoperazole and said it could be acid

It seemed to settle down but over the weekend I've been really bad belching uncomfortable after food

I am nauseas in a morning first thing then settles slightly and it's only when I have my lunch it starts again

Getting panicky is this common with anxiety as I do suffer with health anxiety
