pressure behind nose / between eyes?

i feel like there is pressure behind my nose, anyone else had this? its really making me panic. i also constantly feel like i have a blocked nose. i know im tensing my jaw alot so i keep saying maybe its because of that?

Sounds like your sinuses- blocked nose and facial pain indicates that. Try a steam inhalation and/or a decongestant.
