400mg single night dose

Hi,
sorry if this is a bit all over feel mega spaced out.
I take pregablin at night 400mg one dose as when I split it and took it through the day or in the morning I would sometimes miss entire days sleeping.
anyway every time I increase I get really bad for a while feeling insanely anxious and just wanting to stop taking them in general. I'm really hoping it clears up soon as I'm struggling from it at the moment.
I've been on 200mg sertraline and 300mg of pregablin for about a year now so it's a while since I've went through feeling this way.
4 days now so fingers crossed.

I was taking 600 mg all at night, but have gone back to spacing 150 mg morning, 150 mg lunchtime and 300 mg at night. You just have to experiment to find what is best for you. Changes of dosage and/or timing can cause a bit of disturbance, but hopefully it is temporary. Good luck and stay with it. It should settle in a few days.
