Weird feeling in my forehead & back

Hello~ today, I started having this weird feeling in my head like above my eyebrow on my forehead and sometimes it moves upward. It's on my right side. I dunno how to describe the feeling. It's not a painful feeling, it sorta like a weird annoying feeling :unsure:
This feeling comes and goes.
Also i'm having a weird pain on my upper back, and that too is on the same side as my head. Every time I move it, it's like a mild pain. And sometimes this feeling comes and goes.

Can someone pls help me cus this is scaring me :"(( I dunno what's going on. It all started today, it wasn't gradual.

It's mild and it comes & goes. When I woke up today, i felt a little tingling/pain in my hand as well. I feel like it's a pinched nerve

Yes, it feels like it. It feels kind of sore.

The Trapezius muscle has trigger points which can affect the head

Yes Kitty, ive been through physio twice with musclular tension , a shoulder impingement too.. and those weird pressure feelings and sharp pains in various parts of head. I was told about the trigger points at that stage.
