explain what a panic attack is

hi i dont know if what i experience is a panic attack but here it goes. i start feeling light headed then shaky blury vision feeling like im not really here does anyone have these symptoms?

No that sounds more like DP/DR. Panic attack has uncontrolled fear, racing heart and a number of other symptoms.
