Pain in right forearm lasts few seconds freaking out... Also a pain here and there on other arm and boob and neck.... Can't cope ahhhhhhh

Pains as you've described in this and other threads are pretty common. We all get a twinge and such that last a second or two all over our bodies. Realistically, you can't expect to not have an ache, pain, twinge or the like could you?

I wish I was normal too �� I get pains all the time. I think it's muscles because with anxiety were so tense all the time xx
