Hi there I just phoned NHS 24 for anxiety and they were really good I spoke to a nurse and I explained how I was feeling only breathlessness when I try and catch my breath myself splitting headache and all the stress I had been through the last 3 days she explained to me that i was speaking very fast and talking in full sentences so it wasnt breathlessness not sure I understand that but she really calmed me down. Im still a bit anxious but you never know how you are going to get on with NHS24 I was lucky tonight. I stupidly googled and it said breathlessness can be a silent heart attack and that freaked me out
