Is it possible for anxiety-based symptoms to change depending on your body posture/position? I've been through a hard time recently, so I can understand my symptoms worsening, even if they're not anxiety related. However I notice that when I'm sat a computer hunching forward, my throat tightens quite badly along with the back of my tongue. When I relax in my car seat, stand relaxed upright, or straighten myself out in bed on my back to relax, my airways almost completely block (including post nasal drip), my nose blocks up and my heart rate rises, but I don't have any throat tightness at all.
Maybe relaxing is making my symptoms worse or begin?
