Bump on either side of hard pallet normal?

Hi all been awhile since i had a HA episode but here goes.

Yesterday i woke up and noticed that the top of my mouth was hurting when running my tongue across my pallet i noticed to lumps that mirror each other on the back of my pallet.

Heres a picture -:

Is this normal because i have never noticed it before and i am freaking out hoping its nothing serious... Also i feel ran down :(.

Looks like a big 'ol open mouth to me is all :)
Unfortunately, no one can even venture a guess based on a photo.

I have an appointment with the docs (again) on Tuesday but guess was just looking for reassurance as its a hell of a wait! (or will feel it)

Think your self that most cancers in the mouth are ulcer based red or white lesions not lumps don't worry dude

Just an update I visited the doctor and he looked at my mouth and said it was an infection and should clear up within 3 weeks... 2 weeks on and my mouth is a lot better and the lumps have near enough disappeared :)

That's good news, I knew it wouldn't be anything serious, but it's easy to tell somebody else, wish I could tell myself with my health anxiety worrys lol
