freaking out over vains on palms of hands

I've noticed on the inside of my hands and forearms the vains look so blue n green really close too my skin like its paper this is not like me stall my veins have never been noticed before so scared nearly ending up down a n e they don't hurt but honestly never been Like this before last three days only get worse in water !!! What too do solo worried !!!

I googled it for you. There's absolutely no reason to worry about this.

I have veins inside the palm of my hands too sometimes they are dark. It has scared me for a few months now but from what I read this is a classic anxiety symptom. I don't know why or how it is but if you look hard enough it's something many with anxiety have experienced.

Forearm veins are completely normal.
